Runner beans is great fun for babies too

Here we are doing the Agadoo song which is great for warming up our bodies and getting ready for our exercises

This is the fishing song and we use the parachute to pretend it's the sea. Mikey just caught a fish! Shaking a parachute is good exercise for our arms - even if it does make them ache a bit!

BABY SHOWER

Mel the Midwife invites mums to be and parents with very young babies to

come along on Wednesday 8th September to find out how she and Maypole

Children's Centre can support families during this very important time.

There will be displays and information about breast feeding, weaning, ante

natal and post natal information, Save a Baby Life workshop bookings, and

car seat information.

Come along between 10 and 2 and talk to Mel and her partners including the Community Staff Nurse, Pregnancy and Beyond, Family Support Team,
